We’re proud to be a Which? Trusted Trader — and we think it’s worth explaining what that actually means, because it’s not just a logo you can stick on a website.
What does the Which? Trusted Trader scheme involve?
Which? is the UK’s biggest consumer champion. Their Trusted Trader scheme exists to help people find tradespeople they can genuinely rely on. Getting approved isn’t just a case of filling in a form — it involves a proper assessment of how your business operates, a review of customer feedback, checks on financial stability, and in some cases inspection of actual work carried out. You either pass or you don’t.
We passed. And we’re reassessed regularly to make sure we’re still meeting the standard.
Why does it matter for solar and electrical work?
The solar industry has grown quickly, and with that growth has come a lot of new companies with varying levels of experience and reliability. When you’re spending thousands of pounds on a system you expect to run for 25 years, knowing who you’re dealing with matters. The Which? endorsement gives you an independent check on that — not our word for it, but someone else’s.
The same applies to electrical work. Part P of the Building Regulations means this work needs to be done properly and certified correctly. You want someone who takes that seriously.
What you get when you work with us
We use well-regarded panels and equipment, we design systems around your specific property rather than applying a generic template, and we’re based locally in Bristol so we can actually come back if something needs attention. Our pricing is straightforward — no hidden extras, no surprise costs on the day.
If you want to see what our customers think, our reviews page has plenty of honest feedback from people we’ve worked with across Bristol and South Gloucestershire.
